Shipping / returns / offers


Orders are generally mailed in 3 business days. Certain items are made to order and may take more than 3 business days to prepare. If an item is back ordered or we believe it will not reach you within the delivery standard you selected, we will notify you over e-mail as soon as possible and provide you with options that might work.



If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit on unworn merchandise, excluding custom orders. We do not offer exchange or store credit on custom orders, altered items, or Final Sale items. We do not offer refunds on any order.

To start the return process, please e-mail with 1) your order number, and 2) your reason for return. And then we will respond with return instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping. After the items have been received, we will take a look to confirm that the items are correct and unworn, and then proceed with issuing the credit. The credit will have no expiry.

Late or lost items

You may request for a refund for ordered items that haven't delivered within the delivery window specified by your shipping method, or haven't been delivered at all. For items delivered late, if the delay was caused by Canada Post, you may return the item at your own cost and we will issue a refund or a store credit based on the condition of the returned item. For items not delivered at all, we would require Canada Post to conduct an investigation and confirm that the item was lost before we process a refund.


Exclusive offers and discounts cannot be combined. Discounts earned through our Loyalty Program are not applicable to custom orders.
